Wonderkind is an Austin-based creative studio staffing 50 full-time gals. We specialize in design, photo, Instagram and TikTok strategy, content, execution and management. We work with you to challenge trends in the digital landscape, creating brand identities that are novel and drive consumers to join each unique world our brands present. Wonderkind is a really special and unique environment. As an all-women team that's pretty close to the same age, there's a lot of making friends and motivating each other.

When I was hiring my team, I was looking for people that understood the online platforms that we work on. I wanted employees who used those platforms everyday because I didn't want to teach someone how to use TikTok.

Female-led Wonderkind is a team of talented millennial and Gen Z women that have demonstrated a talent for appealing to the same demographic. The Austin-based studio has also had a banner year, creating some terrific food and beverage (F&B) branding and packaging that runs the gamut visually but is anchored in a strong, demonstrable understanding of their generation, especially women.

Jibby is CBD-infused coffee with a playful mascot, lending a lively and approachable attitude to the brand.

8% of WK’s profit goes to Notley. Notley generates magnetic risk capital while combining for-profit + nonprofit models to maximize momentum and social good. Notley teams up with a diverse range of passionate people and partners to combat issues across multiple cause areas with the most effective model possible. We (and our clients) support amazing organizations like, Girls Empowerment Network, FR1ENDS of the CH1LDREN, Housing Works, I am ALS, Ronald McDonald House and Urban Roots.

The Creator Club is Wonderkind’s way to connect our ever-growing community and our amazing brand partners. We work with a network of 40+ hand-selected creators across the country who receive a box of the latest and greatest WK brands. Our members have their content featured on their own accounts, as well as on our brand’s social media accounts. We work with our creators to hone their content-creation skills and build their portfolios, while also hosting private events and offering future hiring opportunities.
